Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Method
Ink Beetle ships orders through USPS (United States Postal Service).
Delivery times vary based on the shipping service selected and the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with USPS to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Ink Beetle is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
